Also called a bunk calculator. Enter the classes you have attended and held. It shows your attendance percentage, how many classes you can miss, and how many you must attend to reach your minimum.
75%
At the limitYou're exactly at 75%. Attend every upcoming class, because one miss drops you below.
If you attend 5 of the next 5 classes
You're above 75%. You can skip 1 class and stay at 75% or higher.
Your percentage is classes attended divided by classes held. You can skip classes as long as that percentage stays at or above your minimum. The calculator checks this with whole-number arithmetic, so a boundary such as 15 of 20 at 75% is exact.
Your college sets the minimum, not this tool. Enter the number from your own attendance policy.
Divide the classes you attended by the classes held, then multiply by 100. For example, 18 attended out of 24 held is 75%. The calculator counts only classes that were held.
Many colleges and universities use 75%, but the rule is set by your own institution. Check your official attendance policy and enter that number in the threshold field. The calculator uses whatever you enter.
Take 100 times the classes attended, subtract the threshold times the classes held, and divide by the threshold. Round down. With 9 of 10 attended at 75%, you can skip 2 more classes and still be at 75% or higher.
Attend the next classes in a row. The number needed is the threshold times the classes held, minus 100 times the classes attended, divided by (100 minus the threshold), rounded up. With 6 of 10 at 75%, you need the next 6 classes in a row.
It is another name for an attendance calculator that tells you how many classes you can bunk, meaning skip, and still stay at your minimum percentage. Enter the classes attended and held and the minimum your college sets, and it shows the number you can miss.
Yes in the Attendance Tracker, where a lab period can count as two classes. In this calculator, enter the total classes held and attended directly, counting the lab as two.
No. This calculator runs in your browser and stores nothing. The Attendance Tracker needs a student sign-in, and it keeps your marks in your own account.
